What to Expect in Your Hypnotherapy Journey
Together, we explore your challenge from different angles, moving beyond the surface symptom to understand and address what lies beneath it.
Often, a client comes with one specific issue — anxiety, a health condition, relationship difficulty, self-doubt.
But very quickly we discover that this one symptom is not isolated. Its influence can be felt across different areas of life. Challenges like anxiety or recurring patterns don’t just appear in one area—they can affect your relationships, career, or even simple daily decisions. For instance, public speaking isn’t just about giving a speech; it’s also about showing up fully and being seen.
My Approach & Structure
I typically work with a focused 4-session framework spread over two months, with approximately two-three weeks between each session. This pacing allows your subconscious mind to integrate insights and for real-life situations to arise, providing valuable material for our work together.
We untangle years of suppressed emotions and patterns that have shaped your current life scenario. Just like a course of antibiotics supports the body in fighting an infection, a series of sessions gives your mind the space to process, release, and shift what has been held beneath the story you once believed was the only possible one.
The Journey, Session by Session

Initial Consultation (up to 45 min):
Our journey begins with a detailed pre-talk. In this important first step, we will explore your history, your present situation, and your desired outcomes. This conversation is essential for tailoring our work to your unique needs and for initiating shifts in your perception of the present challenge. Many clients notice meaningful changes in their perspective even after this initial discussion. -
First session (1-1.5 hours): We begin the deep subconscious work to anchor your intentions and initiate change.

Follow-up Sessions (typically 1.5-2.5 hours):
In our subsequent sessions, we build progressively. Each session combines conscious discussion with deep subconscious work. We welcome any challenging emotions or "triggering" situations that have come up between meetings, as these are powerful indicators of what your psyche is ready to unravel.The techniques we use are chosen based on what arises for you. They may include:

Intake Form: I need to collect all the information about the current unwanted situation in your life.

Consultation: This is a pre-talk process where we meet for the first time and have a chance to connect and have an open conversation about the issue.

Each hypnosis session typically lasts between 1.5 and 2.5 hours.

The entire process takes approximately two months — we take breaks in between to give the mind time to reset.
