WHAT TO EXPECT
Hypnosis sessions
The first thing you will feel after any hypnotherapy session will be deep calmness and relaxation. You will feel understood and you will have a better direction.
Private sessions are one-on-one sessions designed just for you. Appointments can be 60, 90 or 120 minutes in length.
The sessions consist of talking, hypnosis, imagery, learning, goal setting and more.
The first step in our work together is to gather information, discuss your desired outcome and percieved obstacles, discover the power of your subconscious mind and let you subconcious to do work. Rest more and remove pressure from yourself.

We begin with the first session and progressively explore various techniques for working with the subconscious mind. Each week, we navigate the process together, identifying and anchoring activated emotions to facilitate your progress. As we continue, we aim to address the root cause, leading to noticeable effects across different areas of your life.

Everyone is different and there is no formula for the number of sessions needed. No two hypnosis sessions are the same. Everyone reaches new depths of hypnotic relaxation, stillness, and clarity. All the answers are hidden inside, we are creators of our problems and we are the solution.
Hypnotherapy is a powerful collaborative process that requires a commitment to treatment and a desire to change. Goals can be achieved more quickly when clients are open and receptive to the idea of hypnosis, since no one can be hypnotised against their will.

Intake Form: I need to collect all the information about the current unwanted situation in your life.

Consultation: This is a pre-talk process where we meet for the first time and have a chance to connect and have an open
conversation about the issue. -
The first session may follow the consultation.

The entire process takes approximately two months — we take breaks in between to give the mind time to reset.
